Ashmantle Ltd is a UK company. We sell and operate SpendSentry, a subscription watchdog app developed by Auraleth Lab, LLC. If you bought SpendSentry, we're the company you paid, and we can help with anything about your subscription.

Questions about a charge

SpendSentry charges appear on card statements as SPENDSENTRY. If you see one you don't recognise, email support@ashmantle.com. Tell us the date and amount of the charge and, if you can, the email address used at purchase. We'll find the subscription and explain it, or cancel and refund it.

Cancelling

You can cancel in either of these ways:

• In the SpendSentry app: Settings → Plans → your plan → Cancel.
• By email to support@ashmantle.com from the address you used at purchase.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the term you've already paid for.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund it in full, no reason needed. After that, we review requests individually. The full rules are in the SpendSentry refund policy.
